THE PROJECT
[ 01 ]
Security is invisible when it works. The moment it fails, everything fails. Authsignal is a suite of digital trust and safety tools built to make that invisibility effortless for the developers deploying it and the users depending on it.

Passwordless authentication, set-up rules, and real-time dashboards. All of it seamless.

THE CHALLENGE
[ 02 ]
Authsignal founder Justin Soong had spent years as a CTO implementing security features. Every existing solution was the same: over-engineered, expensive, and punishing when misconfigured. The consequences of getting it wrong aren't just technical, they're existential.

To build a brand that made security feel like a feature, not a burden.

VISUAL IDENTITY
[ 03 ]
Security tools have historically communicated through fear, warnings, locks, red states. Authsignal needed to do the opposite. The identity uses soft gradients and restrained typography to signal competence without anxiety, guiding users through high-stakes moments with calm rather than friction.

A visual system built to lower the temperature at exactly the right moment.

THE PRODUCT
[ 04 ]
The product is built for two audiences simultaneously: the developer configuring it and the end user experiencing it. A no-code rules engine gives developers full control without custom implementation. A white-label MFA flow lets businesses own the experience without rebuilding it.

One system. Two audiences. Zero compromise on either.

BRAND ACTIVATION
[ 05 ]
The brand extended across the product interface, marketing site, and office environment, each touchpoint reinforcing the same proposition: security that feels native, not bolted on.

From dashboard to doorway, a consistent language of trust.
